1. Do you offer a trade discount?

Yes, we do offer trade discounts. Please register on our website, and our team will follow up to set up your special pricing. Once your account is ready, you will be able to view your pricing and place orders online at any time.

 

2. Do you offer installations?

Unfortunately, we do not offer lighting installation services, but we are happy to support you with a free lighting layout and fixture suggestions. If you are in Manitoba, we can also recommend a few electricians for your consideration.

 

3. Are your consultations free?

Yes, we do not charge for consultations. To prepare for your consultation, please provide a layout of your space with accurate dimensions.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB. You can also pay via e-transfer. Please contact our Customer Service team at cs@fdlighting.ca or call us at 855-533-0743 for any inquiries or support.

 

5. Who should I contact for any inquiries or support?

If you are in Manitoba, please contact William at william.wang@fdlighting.ca or call 431-371-6862 (8AM to 5PM, Central Daylight Time, weekdays).

For all other regions in Canada, please email our Customer Service team at cs@fdlighting.ca or call 855-533-0743 (8AM to 5PM, Eastern Time, weekdays).

We normally respond within 24 hours on weekdays, or on Monday if your request is sent over the weekend.

 

Ordering, Return and Warranty Questions


 

1. When should I expect my order to be processed?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours if placed on a weekday, or on Monday if purchased over the weekend, excluding public holidays. Under normal circumstances, if you order before 2 PM Eastern Time on a weekday, your order could be picked up the same day. Otherwise, it will be picked up the next day. Kindly note that if the order is shipped on a skid, our team will need to contact you to make arrangements.

 

2. What if I need to make changes to or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at cs@fdlighting.ca or call us at 855-533-0743. Kindly note that if your order has already been picked up by the courier, additional fees may apply.

 

3. I reviewed my quote, and I am ready to make a purchase. What do I have to do?

Please contact your Lighting Sales Specialist when you’re ready to proceed. Kindly provide your preferred payment method, billing and shipping details, as well as product quantities and SKUs.

Your Sales Specialist will then coordinate with our Customer Service team to process your order.

 

4. What is your return policy?

Customers may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team at cs@fdlighting.ca for assistance.

Please note that customers are responsible for the freight costs of returned products, and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

 

5. What is your warranty?

Shipping Questions


 

1. How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours if placed on a weekday, or on Monday if purchased over the weekend, excluding public holidays. If you place it before 2 PM Eastern Time on a weekday, it may be picked up the same day; otherwise, it will be picked up the next business day.

You can find your tracking number and courier info under the Shipping Method section on the top right of your PDF invoice, which is automatically sent once your order has been picked up.

Please refer to the table below for the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for package delivery. Please note that the ETA excludes the pickup day and holidays and assumes no delays.

Delivery time may vary by location, with rural areas taking longer. 4FT and 8FT lighting fixtures require special handling, which will also extend delivery time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

For any orders under $1,300 before tax, please see the following table for your reference:

If your order needs to be shipped on a skid (pallet), our team will contact you for further details. Please note that additional services such as tailgate delivery ($40), appointment delivery ($25), after-hours delivery, or any extra service (if available) will incur extra charges.

All 8FT fixtures are subject to a $10 per unit oversize handling fee, which will be waived for orders of more than 4 boxes (24 units).
